Carbobar, typically operating as a restaurant during daytime hours, will transform into a hub of musical innovation on 30th November. The venue at 130 Cadogan Terrace will open its doors from 5pm until 10pm for a special one-night-only event featuring seven rising stars of London's music landscape.
The carefully curated lineup represents the cutting edge of London's evolving sound, spanning alternative R&B, new-age rap and contemporary pop. Audiences can expect to hear everything from electronic experimentation to neo-soul influences, with opening act Chizzy setting the tone for an evening of diverse musical exploration.
The full roster includes performers Roper, Tia, Milly, Nayff, Enila, Alexia and event curator Jae, each bringing their unique interpretation of modern urban music to the stage.

Despite its playful title THIS IS NOT A LISTENING PARTY, the event positions itself as a genuine gathering focused on musical excellence rather than commercial promotion. London-based alternative electro-R&B artist Jae, who cites Frank Ocean and KWN as key influences, conceived the night with community building at its heart.
"I created the night not only to highlight new music, but also to build a sense of community among emerging artists," Jae explained. "I want to organise a sort of networking opportunity to help other upcoming artists at any level to meet people that they can inspire or are inspired by."
The event originated from a spontaneous suggestion when Jae was preparing to release her single Childish Tendencies. Rather than focusing solely on her own work, she saw an opportunity to create a platform that multiple artists could benefit from simultaneously.

For music lovers, the appeal is clear: direct access to London's next generation of musical talent in an intimate setting. Jae describes the lineup as artists who are "trying to make changes in the musical scene," with each performer approaching R&B in their own distinctive way.
"There is going to be a range of music from multiple upcoming artists like myself looking to connect with new people and build their fan base," she added. "I'm excited to be around so much young potential and to learn from others on the same journey as me."
Jae will also use the event as an opportunity to perform unreleased material, sharing her music directly with close friends and family in what promises to be a vulnerable and authentic performance.
