West London Paedophile Jailed: Hundreds of Indecent Images Found
Harrow man jailed for child sex offences

A man from West London has been sentenced after a major investigation uncovered his collection of hundreds of indecent images of young girls.

NCA Investigation Uncovers Online Activity

Jonathan Goss, 51, from Harrow, first attracted the attention of the National Crime Agency (NCA) in 2022. Investigators linked him to a website associated with child sexual abuse material. They identified two online accounts, 'jbaabaa99' and 'hard4girls', which were used to discuss sexual violence against young girls with other forum members.

This online evidence led to his arrest in June 2022. Officers subsequently searched his home, where they found a laptop and a mobile phone containing a large stash of illegal material.

Organised Collection of Severe Images

The devices contained hundreds of photos, which Goss had systematically organised into specific folders. Among the material were Category A images, the most severe classification for indecent content. The investigation also revealed that Goss had taken photographs of children and teenagers in swimming costumes himself.

On April 1, 2025, at Willesden Crown Court, Goss pleaded guilty to a series of serious charges. These included:

  • Sexual communication with a child
  • Arranging a child sexual offence
  • Possession of indecent images of children
  • Publishing an obscene article

Sentence and Safeguarding Measures

Goss was sentenced at the same court on Monday, January 19, 2026. He received a 16-month prison sentence, suspended for two years. The court also imposed a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, placing strict limits on his future behaviour and access to children.

Following the hearing, NCA officer Holly Triggs stated: "The evidence we obtained showed Jonathan Goss has a sexual interest in children and went to great lengths to obtain this material online. The sentence handed down today should be a reminder to anyone that you can’t hide behind online usernames. The NCA will identify you and bring you to justice, and ensure children are safeguarded from harm."

The young girls photographed have been identified and are now subject to appropriate safeguarding measures to support their wellbeing.
