Nestlé unveils Milkybar Caramel Crunch for Christmas 2026

Confectionery giant Nestlé has surprised shoppers with an early festive treat: a brand-new Milkybar flavour designed for Christmas 2026. The new bar, named Milkybar Caramel Crunch, swaps the classic white chocolate formula for a caramel-infused version packed with crunchy biscuit pieces. The announcement has already sparked a wave of enthusiasm among chocolate fans online, with many calling it a “need” and “phenomenal”.

For many shoppers, Milkybar is the default white chocolate option in UK supermarkets, making the addition of a caramel variant particularly intriguing. Food blogger @uknewestfoods shared a first look on Instagram and was full of praise. “It’s sweet, it’s crunchy, it’s creamy, it’s really good, and we will be buying this again,” they said. “If you like white chocolate, especially Milkybar, I would definitely recommend giving this a try.”

Price and availability at Morrisons

According to the same review, Morrisons is stocking the new Milkybar Caramel Crunch at a suggested price of £1.50 per bar. More Card loyalty members, however, can get it for £1.25. The blogger’s post suggests the bar has already been placed on shelves, well before the traditional Christmas confectionery season begins.

The launch has also triggered a wave of nostalgia. In the comments section of the Instagram post, fans compared Caramel Crunch to discontinued favourites from their childhood, most notably Crunch White, which was taken off UK shelves in 2018, and the European-only Nestlé White Crisp. For these viewers, the new bar feels like a long-overdue revival of a beloved recipe.

Other Nestlé festive launches

Milkybar Caramel Crunch is far from the only new product in Nestlé’s Christmas 2026 lineup. The confectionery company is also introducing:

  • Orange KitKat Santas
  • Aero Festive Orange
  • After Eight Winter Fondants
  • Milkybar Festive Friends
  • Rowntrees Randoms Sleigh-tastic sweets

In addition to these, festive tubes of Smarties, Fruit Pastilles and Milkybar buttons are returning to shelves, along with Cadbury selection boxes. This early release strategy gives shoppers a head start on their Christmas stockpiling, though some may argue it is a little premature with summer still in full swing.

Galaxy and M&S join the chocolate wave

Nestlé is not alone in tempting chocolate fans before the holidays. Galaxy has launched two new flavours: Galaxy Millionaire Crumble and Galaxy Cinnamon Swirl. Both are now available at Iceland and The Food Warehouse, and a number of Spar stores in Scotland have also been reported to carry them. Each 160g bar contains flavoured biscuit chunks embedded in Galaxy’s signature smooth and creamy milk chocolate. TikToker Nayn (@real.nayn) tried the Cinnamon Swirl version and said she was “obsessed”.

Marks & Spencer has likewise refreshed its chocolate aisle, bringing back several nostalgic treats from the 1980s. One of its most popular items, the Blond Chocolate and Pistachio Bar, has been re-released in a new smaller 50g format, having previously only been available as a larger 180g bar. The compact size makes it easier for consumers to sample the flavour without committing to a big bar.

Sweet season ahead

With these launches arriving so early, UK supermarkets are already beginning to resemble a Christmas wonderland. The enthusiasm around Milkybar Caramel Crunch suggests it could become one of the standout successes of the season, particularly for white chocolate lovers who have waited years for a worthy successor to discontinued classics like Crunch White.

As with all limited-edition sweets, availability is likely to vary by retailer and region. Shoppers hoping to get their hands on the new Milkybar are advised to check their local Morrisons, while Galaxy fans should look for Iceland, The Food Warehouse or select Spar branches. For now, the early reviews are overwhelmingly positive, indicating that this is one festive chocolate release that may live up to the hype.
