McDonald's UK has been rolling out a series of menu changes throughout 2026, introducing new items and bringing back beloved classics. The most recent update, effective from July 14, features a hot honey takeover, including a new Hot Honey Sauce, Hot Honey Sausage & Egg McMuffin, and the return of the Cornetto McFlurry after 17 years.

July 2026: Hot Honey and Cornetto McFlurry
The July menu introduces three new dips at 70p each: Hot Honey, Ranch, and Korean BBQ. The Hot Honey is also featured in several menu items, including the Hot Honey Sausage & Egg McMuffin (£6.09, double £6.79), the Hot Honey McCrispy (£9.39), and the Big Arch with Bacon (£11.89). Mozzarella Dippers return at £3.09 with a choice of dips.
A unique Hot Honey Mini McFlurry (£2.09) allows customers to add as much or as little of the spicy sauce as they like. Additionally, the iconic Cornetto McFlurry is back after 17 years, available in Classic and Strawberry versions, each priced at £2.59.
June 2026: World Cup-Inspired Menu
In June, McDonald's launched a World Cup-themed range, including the Sweet Carolina BBQ Stack (£9.19), Mexican Chipotle Chicken (£7.49), and Crunchy Cheese Bites (from £2.79). World Cup Meals start from £9.29 and include a collectable cup. The Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry (£1.89 mini, £2.59 regular) also returned, along with the Vanilla Matcha Frappe (£3.69).
Squishmallows returned in Happy Meals, dressed in football tops, from June 9.
May 2026: Permanent McCrispy Variants and More
Two new permanent McCrispy burgers were introduced: the Spicy McCrispy (£5.99, meal £7.49) and the Cheese & Bacon McCrispy (£7.09, meal £8.59). The Frank's RedHot breakfast range launched with a Sausage & Egg McMuffin and Breakfast Wrap, available from April 28 to June 8.
The Big Tasty and Double Big Tasty also returned, starting at £6.29 and £7.99 respectively. The Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry (£1.89 mini, £2.59 regular) and Biscoff McFlurry (same prices) were available, along with the viral Frozen Cherry Lemonade (£3.09). New Sprite Zero Mixology drinks (Raspberry and Pineapple) were introduced at £2.29 each.
March and April 2026: McGriddles Finally Arrive
After 23 years, McGriddles made their UK debut on March 17, priced at £3.99. Easter treats included the Cadbury Mini Egg McFlurry and Creme Egg McFlurry (both £2.59 regular, £1.89 mini), and a Mini Eggs Frappe (£3.89). Spicy McNuggets returned, starting at £7.29 for a six-piece meal.
The Double Big Mac (£8.59 meal) and Double Big Mac with Bacon (£9.49 meal) were also back, along with Cards Meals featuring 24 collectable cards.
February 2026: Friends Collaboration
February saw the launch of the Friends Meal, featuring collectable figurines of Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross. Prices started from £9.09 for a medium Big Mac or McPlant meal. A special Monica's Marinara Sauce was created for the collab.
Other February items included the Tikka Chicken Wrap (£3.79), Philly Cheese Stack (£6.69), Pizza Mozzarella Dippers, Milkybar Crispy Cookie McFlurry (£2.59), Brownie Pie (£2.49), Doughnut Crumble Latte (£2.99), and Munchies Vanilla Cheesecake McFlurry (£2.59).
January 2026: Big Arch and More
The year started with the Chicken Big Mac (£5.59, meal £7.39), Surf N' Turf (£4.39, meal £6.89), Chicken Cheeseburger (£3.89, meal £6.39), and Apple Pie Mini McFlurry (£2.99). The Espresso Milkshake (£3.69) and the massive Big Arch burger were also introduced.
Chilli Cheese Bites, Big Mac Sauce Pots (20p), The Fajita Chicken One wrap, and Galaxy Smooth Caramel McFlurry were other January offerings.
According to McDonald's, the Hot Honey Sausage & Egg McMuffin is 'the perfect way to spice up your breakfast'. The chain also described the Spicy McNuggets as bringing 'bold, fiery flavour'.
