Detectives have released an image of a man they believe can assist with an investigation into an incident of indecent exposure on the London Underground. The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 14, between 5:10pm and 5:25pm aboard a District line train traveling between Wimbledon and East Putney.
Details of the Incident
According to British Transport Police, passengers reported seeing a man exposing himself and masturbating in full view. The suspect is described as Caucasian, with a brown beard and brown hair, and was wearing a blue hooded jacket at the time.
Appeal for Information
Authorities have released an image of a man they believe may have crucial information about the incident. Officers urge anyone who recognizes the individual to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 451 of 14 April. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
The investigation remains ongoing, and police are keen to speak with the man pictured to further their inquiries. No arrests have been made at this time.
