Radha Daehne captured a neighbour's cat hiding in hostas in Haute-Savoie, France. Louis Steeman photographed star trails falling like rain over the Magdalen Green bandstand in Dundee, UK.
Butterflies and wildlife
Helen Evans from Denbighshire, UK, noted that many painted lady butterflies visited the buddleia in her garden during hot weather. Russ Dennis shared a photo of local guides in Botswana's Okavango Delta, where light caught the dust in a lucky accident.
Wildfire aftermath and refuge views
