The highly anticipated line-up for End Of The Road Festival's landmark 20th anniversary edition has begun to take shape, with three major headliners confirmed for the 2026 event.
Pulp, Mac DeMarco and Irish pop sensation CMAT have been revealed as the first acts set to top the bill at the celebrated independent festival, which returns to the picturesque Larmer Tree Gardens from 3rd to 6th September 2026.
An Unusual Pulp Performance
In a major coup for festival organisers, Britpop legends Pulp will make their debut appearance at End Of The Road, performing one of only two UK shows they have planned for the entire year. This is particularly notable given that frontman Jarvis Cocker is a regular fixture at the festival, having previously performed solo sets, DJ'd from a boat and presented films.
The band has already generated significant excitement by promising their performance will "not be a typical Pulp show", hinting at something special and unusual for their first-ever appearance at the Dorset and Wiltshire border event.
Returning Favourites and Rising Stars
American indie troubadour Mac DeMarco returns to the festival for the first time in nearly a decade, marking what is expected to be his sole UK festival performance of 2026. The acclaimed songwriter will be touring material from his new album 'Guitar', though many fans will remember his legendary 2017 appearance that saw him crowd surfing.
Completing the initial headline announcements is CMAT, who has been elevated to headliner status following her successful 2025 appearance. The Mercury-nominated 'EURO-COUNTRY' performer, who famously covered Kate Bush during her previous set, continues her rapid ascent in the music world.
Secret Thursday Headliner and Ticket Information
Adding to the anniversary excitement, organisers have teased a mystery headline act for Thursday's proceedings, promising to keep the name under wraps until the last possible moment. Further artist announcements are expected in the coming months as the full celebration line-up takes shape.
For music fans eager to secure their place at these exclusive performances, tickets are currently available in Tier 4. The festival offers a payment plan option, allowing attendees to pay an initial deposit and spread the remaining cost through monthly instalments until June 2026.
This 20th anniversary edition promises to be an extra special celebration for one of the UK's most beloved independent festivals, set against the beautiful backdrop of Larmer Tree Gardens.
