The eagerly anticipated lineup for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2025 has finally been revealed, with ITV delivering a star-studded group of celebrities ready to face the Australian jungle. Among the surprise campmates causing excitement is Manchester rapper Aitch, who will be trading microphone for mosquito net this November.
Meet Harrison Armstrong: The man behind Aitch
Harrison James Armstrong, professionally known as Aitch, derives his stage name from the pronunciation of the letter 'H', the first initial of his real name. The Manchester-born artist first emerged on the rap scene in 2015 and has since become one of Britain's most recognisable musical talents.
His career skyrocketed in 2018 with the track Straight Rhymez, paving the way for his debut studio album Close to Home in 2022, which reached number two on the UK Albums Chart. Throughout his successful music career, Aitch has achieved an impressive eleven top 10 singles in the UK, including the chart-topping hits Taste and Baby, which both peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart.
Personal life and relationships
Currently believed to be single, Aitch was previously in a public relationship with Australian model Lola Rose Thompson, though the couple parted ways in late 2023. Their separation became particularly public when Aitch reportedly exposed her for soiling the bed, creating headlines across celebrity news outlets.
Prior to his relationship with Thompson, the rapper had been publicly linked with Amelia Dimoldenberg, host of the popular YouTube series Chicken Shop Date. Their romance began after his appearance on her show, where he affectionately referred to her as his 'wife' and shared moments of their time together on social media. The pair confirmed they were no longer dating in 2022 but maintained they remained friends.
Jungle preparations and personal motivations
As he prepares to enter the jungle on Sunday, November 16, Aitch has shared insights into what viewers can expect from his camp presence. The rapper expressed confidence in his ability to boost morale around camp, though he did confess to one potentially irritating habit: 'I am a terrible snorer. I even snore in a Northern accent!'
When asked about what he'll miss most during his jungle stint, Aitch highlighted 'the simple fact of freedom and being spontaneous. I am the type of person who will wake up in the morning and decide to go to Thorpe Park'.
His dream campmate would be none other than Snoop Dogg, explaining 'I wouldn't say he is my hero, but someone who would make the jungle a million times easier'.
Beyond the entertainment value, Aitch hopes to use his platform on the show to raise awareness for Down syndrome, as his younger sister Gracie has the genetic disorder. He revealed that Gracie loves the programme and will be watching every night from their sofa, cheering him on.
Addressing whether he might become emotional during challenges, Aitch admitted: 'I do get emotional through other people... If I see someone crying, I will cry for them.'
Aitch joins an exciting lineup of celebrities including Martin Kemp, Ruby Wax, Jack Osbourne, Kelly Brook, YouTube and Twitch streamer Angry Ginge, and Emmerdale legend Lisa Riley. The new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! begins on November 16 on ITV1, STV, ITVX, and STV Player.
