Photo London 2026: Risk-Taking Photography Fair at Olympia

The UK capital's leading photography fair, Photo London, launches its 11th edition in its new home at Olympia in Kensington. The event runs from 13 to 17 May, offering a diverse array of risk-taking photography from around the world.

Ibiza Through a Nostalgic Lens

Agony and Ecstasy gallery makes its debut at Photo London with work by Catalan-Spanish photographer Oriol Maspons and German photographer Walter Rudolph. Their presentation captures Ibiza between 1976 and 1985, a culturally transformative era after Franco but before mass British tourism reshaped the island.

Home and Belonging

Hackney-based Guest Editions explores themes of home and belonging through Laura McCluskey and Thomas Duffield. Duffield's series Poppy Promises documents a nine-year reconciliation with his father after estrangement due to addiction. McCluskey's work, shot over a decade on the Isle of Sheppey, examines family ties centred on her grandparents' home at 13 Acorn Street.

Twinspotting and Identity

Photoink presents Ketaki Sheth's series Twinspotting, pairing Patel twins in the UK with those in India, exploring sameness and postcolonial identity.
