In a dramatic new turn for the long-running BBC soap, EastEnders' Jasmine Fisher is set to make a desperate bid to flee Walford – and she plans to take boyfriend Oscar Branning with her. A Life of Turmoil and Tragedy
Jasmine's life has been marked by hardship from the very beginning. Abandoned at birth by her mother, Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan), who believed she was stillborn, she was later adopted. However, her relationship with her adoptive parents broke down during her teenage years, leading to her being kicked out. Her determined search for her birth mother led her directly into the path of the manipulative Chrissie Watts (Tracy-Ann Oberman), who used Jasmine in a revenge plot against Zoe.
