Ryanair's Travel Tuesday Sale: Flights from £13.59 for Winter Getaways
Ryanair's Travel Tuesday: Flights from £13.59

Just as the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales conclude, budget airline Ryanair has launched a major 'Travel Tuesday' promotion, offering British travellers a final chance to secure bargain flights for a winter escape.

The Deal Details: 20% Off Midweek Flights

The airline is promoting an 'unmissable' flash sale, providing a 20% discount on midweek flights across its extensive European network. The most eye-catching fares start from just £13.59, with numerous routes available for around £15 to popular destinations including Spain, Italy, Ireland, and Poland.

However, would-be travellers must act swiftly. This is a limited-time offer, with the booking window closing at midnight on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Furthermore, the discounted tickets are only valid for travel between December 2, 2025, and January 31, 2026, making it ideal for those seeking a spontaneous break during the colder months.

Top Flight Destinations and Prices

Among the standout offers is the route from London Stansted to Riga, Latvia, with fares from £13.59 for travel on January 8, 2026. While flight comparison site Skyscanner shows prices to Riga can reach £40 in December, it also lists some dates from £14, so passengers are advised to check the specific saving.

Other notable bargains in the sale include:

  • London Stansted to Milan from £13.90
  • London Gatwick to Alicante from £14.99
  • Multiple routes from £14.99, such as Stansted to Krakow, Stansted to Edinburgh, Stansted to Pisa, Manchester to Dublin, and East Midlands to Wroclaw.

A Ryanair spokesperson stated: 'Ryanair today announced its unmissable Travel Tuesday sale... Whether you’re looking to escape the winter blues, plan a midweek city break, or simply enjoy a quieter travel experience, Ryanair’s Travel Tuesday sale is the perfect opportunity to book your next adventure at an incredible price.'

Sale Follows Loyalty Scheme Axe

This promotional push comes shortly after Ryanair's decision to halt new sign-ups for its 'Prime' loyalty subscription scheme. Launched in March 2025 at £79 per year, the scheme offered benefits like free reserved seats and exclusive monthly sales.

The programme proved too successful for the airline's finances. With around 55,000 members generating £3.9 million in revenue, the discounts provided to those members totalled over £5.3 million. Ryanair's Chief Marketing Officer, Dara Brady, explained the trial ended up costing more than it generated. Existing members will retain access until October 2026, but no new subscriptions are being accepted.

For travellers not part of the Prime scheme, this Travel Tuesday sale represents a fresh opportunity to snap up low-cost fares for a last-minute festive trip or a sunny respite from the British winter.
