Police have launched an investigation into a brazen robbery at a West London train station, where a man was threatened and had his coat and shoes stolen. The incident occurred at West Drayton station, in the platform four waiting room, shortly before 10.15pm on Saturday, March 21, according to the British Transport Police (BTP).
Details of the Incident
The victim was approached by two thieves who threatened him before making off with his coat and shoes. The suspects remain at large, and BTP detectives are now appealing for public assistance to identify the individuals captured on CCTV.
A BTP spokesperson stated: "Detectives would like to speak to the men pictured, as they believe they may have information which could help their investigation."
CCTV Images Released
The first image shows a young Black man or teenage boy wearing a black balaclava and a black jacket, carrying a bag with black straps on his back. The second image features a White man of a similar age, also wearing a black balaclava, a black hooded jacket, and black trousers.
Anyone who recognises these individuals is urged to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 825 of 21 March. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
