A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service confirmed: "We were called at 5:54 PM on Tuesday to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Liverpool Road and Lofting Road, Islington. We dispatched an ambulance crew and a motorcycle paramedic to the location. We treated a patient at the scene and subsequently took her to hospital for further care."
