Authorities were alerted to the crash at approximately 12:40 AM, with London Ambulance Service confirming they received the call at 12:43 AM. A comprehensive medical team was dispatched, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an advanced paramedic, an incident response officer, and additional support from the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex Air Ambulance. The first paramedic arrived on the scene within just five minutes, providing critical care to the victim before transporting him to a major trauma centre.
