Merton Road Resurfacing and Repairs List 2026/27

Merton residents can expect relief as the borough's most potholed roads are set to be resurfaced, with the full list of planned works for 2026/27 now released. In addition to full road resurfacing, various improvement works are planned over the next 10 months.

Local utility providers, including Thames Water, SGN, UK Power Networks, and EE, will conduct essential gas, water, power, and telecom maintenance throughout the summer and beyond. Merton Council is leading numerous carriageway resurfacing projects across Mitcham, Morden, Raynes Park, and Wimbledon, while Transport for London (TfL) and Network Rail will undertake key transport upgrades, signage connections, and level crossing maintenance in areas like Colliers Wood and Raynes Park.
