Hundreds of thousands of fans packed lower Manhattan on Thursday as the New York Knicks celebrated their historic NBA championship win with the team's first-ever parade.

Players celebrated during the New York Knicks' NBA championship ceremony at city hall on Thursday in New York City. Jalen Brunson held the Larry O'Brien championship trophy as he made his way along Broadway in New York's 'Canyon of Heroes'.
Fans lined the streets, with some watching from the top of a tree. Little fans threw confetti from the Woolworth Building during the parade. A float carrying Karl-Anthony Towns with the Bob Cousy trophy passed by to cheers.
Miles McBride celebrated with fans, and Jose Alvarado greeted supporters. Former Knicks player Walt Frazier also attended. Mayor Zohran Mamdani gave Jalen Brunson the key to the city at City Hall Plaza after the parade.

Longtime Knicks fan Spike Lee put on a cap atop a parade float. Fans cheered from atop a truck and watched the parade from various vantage points. Workers cleaned confetti from Broadway after the event.
