EastEnders: Ian Beale Arrested After Hitting Jordan Fox

In dramatic EastEnders scenes this week, Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) faces the consequences of a tragic accident after he unknowingly knocked down Jordan Fox (Jahsaiah Williams) with his car. The recently elected councillor was driving his tipsy mother, Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), home from Vicki Fowler and Ross Marshall's wedding when the incident occurred.

The Accident Unfolds

During the drive, Kathy began playing with the car radio and accidentally spilled a plate of nibbles all over the new motor. Distracted by his mother's behavior, Ian reversed out of his parking space and heard a thud. Assuming he had hit the bins, he continued home, unaware that he had struck Jordan, who had been left alone after his mother Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) told him to go back inside the marquee.

Police at the Door

Back at No. 45 Albert Square, Ian and Kathy are in good spirits. Kathy praises Ian for winning the council election, but their celebration is cut short by a knock at the door. Ian opens it to find police officers standing on his porch, with blue lights illuminating the Square. They want to question him about Jordan.

As more information comes to light, Ian realizes he could lose everything. The question remains: will Ian go to jail, and will Jordan survive?
