Oasis fans who missed out on tickets for the band's 2027 tour are being urged not to panic, as several opportunities to secure tickets may still emerge over the coming months, even for those who did not receive a code for the official online sale.
All 42 dates of the 2027 tour, including six performances at Knebworth, sold out over the weekend. Tickets became available after fans registered their interest, with only those who successfully navigated the system able to attempt purchases for UK dates between Friday and Sunday.
The exclusive ballot provided fans with a unique code granting access to one of nine sale windows on Ticketmaster throughout the three-day period. Oasis confirmed on social media on Sunday evening (September 27) that all tickets had been sold out.
Alternative ways to get tickets
Fans unable to secure tickets are now questioning whether other ways to get in will become available. A prominent X user, @macainconcerts, posted: “SOLD OUT” BUT REALLY... IS IT? I don't care what Liam says. There are several things that can happen between now and summer 2027 that could put more tickets back on sale.”
The user highlighted that Ticketmaster will be making numerous resale tickets available through its platform in the months ahead, as reported by the Manchester Evening News. Prior to the sale, the company said fans would be able to purchase tickets via its website and through Twickets in the UK, with sales restricted to face value only.
Ticketmaster has not yet confirmed when resale tickets will become available on its platform, but has indicated that “ticket transfer and resale will be available by December 31st, 2026”.
Production tickets and VIP packages
Fans may also have the opportunity to buy production tickets, which could be released nearer to each performance date. These tickets are typically reserved until production requirements are confirmed, though the allocation generally tends to be restricted and will differ between venues.
Additionally, any remaining unsold VIP or hospitality packages could be converted into standard tickets at a later stage. @macainconcerts said: “If those packages don't sell, some of those tickets could potentially be released as regular tickets. This has happened with other huge tours before.”
Unofficial resale warning
A number of resale platforms beyond Ticketmaster have already started advertising tickets for the Oasis performances online, with some carrying price tags of up to £3,000. Ticketmaster has urged supporters not to purchase resale tickets from alternative platforms, warning that the company may cancel these, regardless of whether they were legitimately acquired.
Viagogo has stated it opposes “anti-competitive actions taken by event organisers to restrict purchasing and resale options to certain platforms”, and that tickets purchased through its website are “protected by our guarantee”, which can sometimes include replacement tickets or money back.
In their thread on X, @macainconcerts encouraged fans not to worry, pointing out that the initial Oasis 2027 performances aren't scheduled to start until late May. They wrote: “And finally: BE PATIENT. People bought these tickets almost a year before the concerts. A LOT can happen between now and summer 2027. People will change plans. People will get better tickets. People won't be able to attend.”
They added: “I KNOW. 'Just be patient' is easier said than done when you're dealing with Oasis FOMO, But please don't panic and spend a ridiculous amount of money on a ticket because you're scared this is your only chance. If you didn't get a ticket today: Breathe. Don't panic-buy. Don't send money to strangers. Keep checking official channels. Watch for production releases + official resale.”
Liam Gallagher joked on social media: “That's all folks we have officially sold out no more tickets left congratulations to everyone who got a ticket and to the people who didn't sneak in **** it yolo LG x”. Fans are advised to monitor official channels for production releases and official resale opportunities in the coming months.
