Arsenal fans are set to line the streets of north London to celebrate their Premier League title triumph at the end of May. The Gunners secured the championship on Tuesday night with a game to spare after Manchester City drew 1-1 with Bournemouth. Mikel Arteta's side now hold a four-point lead at the top of the table heading into their final match of the season against Crystal Palace. This marks Arsenal's first league title in 22 years, following three consecutive second-place finishes in the English top flight.
When Will the Trophy Parade Take Place?
The trophy parade has been provisionally scheduled for Sunday, 31 May, according to reports. This date applies whether Arsenal win one trophy or two, as they are also chasing Champions League glory against Paris Saint-Germain in the final on Saturday, 30 May in Budapest. The open-top bus parade will take place in London the day after the final, regardless of the result in Hungary. This means a quick turnaround for the squad, staff, and fans traveling from Budapest.
Has the Parade Route Been Confirmed?
An official route for the 2026 parade has not yet been announced. However, similar plans were drafted in previous years. In the 2023-24 season, when Arsenal narrowly missed out on the title on the final day, Islington Council had prepared a route. That planned route was set to start at the Emirates Stadium, then proceed along Drayton Park, Aubert Park, Highbury Grove, St Paul's Road, and Upper Street before returning to the stadium. A similar route is expected for this year's celebration.
Arsenal's double-chasing campaign has electrified fans, with the Champions League final against defending champions PSG adding extra excitement. The parade will be a historic moment for the club and its supporters, marking the end of a long wait for Premier League success.
