Exclusive: How I Tricked Nigel Farage on Cameo and His Shocking Videos

I have long wondered if there is any limit to what Nigel Farage would do for money. Over the past 24 hours, this curiosity has only intensified with horrifying yet unsurprising revelations. Farage has been caught performing videos on Cameo that promote neo-Nazi events, make misogynistic remarks, and parrot far-right slogans.

The Disturbing Cameo Videos

Cameo is a personalised video platform where users can request paid messages from celebrities. Recently unearthed clips show the Reform UK leader discussing Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's 'big naturals', repeating the anti-immigration motto 'If in doubt, kick them out', referencing anti-semitic conspiracy theories, and telling a man jailed for far-right riot involvement to 'Keep acting in the right way'.

While shocking, this is not surprising. Farage has a history of recording offensive Cameos to order. When I heard about a prank where he said 'Up the Ra' in an accidental tribute to the IRA, I decided to test his limits.

My Experiment: A Tribute to a Convicted Paedophile

I requested Farage to record a condolence message for Ian Watkins, the Lostprophets singer convicted of child sex offences, whose case was described by a judge as plunging into 'new depths of depravity'. I paid my money, expecting a refund, thinking due diligence would reject it.

Yet, getting the shoutout was disturbingly simple. Farage failed to see through the thin disguise. In a 27-second clip, he said: '[Watkins] loved his children and will be sorely missed by them forever. He will always hold a very special place in everybody's heart.' The lure of £98 for less than 30 seconds work was too strong.

Farage's Response and Lack of Accountability

When confronted by Metro, Farage showed no remorse. He said, 'thanks for the money' and 'Tell him to send more', then deflected blame by noting 'There are lots of Ian Watkins'. This sums him up: a desire for easy money followed by a slippery dodge of accountability.

I feel vindicated in my view of his greed and lack of interest in serving his Clacton constituents. He seems to have no moral compass, ignoring neo-Nazi slogans, IRA tributes, and misogynistic comments for profit.

The Financial Incentive and Political Implications

On Cameo, Farage has earned over £370,000 since 2021, with videos starting at £78. This industriousness contrasts with his rare constituency surgeries and infrequent Commons appearances. His profile simply states: 'They call me Mr Brexit... some people say I am controversial, and I couldn't care less'.

We shouldn't expect more from him. The real issue is whether there's anything he'll refuse if the price is right. If he sells himself for £78 a go, what might he do for deeper-pocketed paymasters? Perhaps I'll buy another Cameo to ask.
