A video released by Iran, titled 'How to Kill Melania Trump,' has reportedly encouraged supporters of the Islamic regime to assassinate President Donald Trump's wife and son, Melania and Barron Trump. The anti-US propaganda clip claims to have 'advanced signs' about the First Lady's whereabouts, citing missing public bins from street corners and welded manholes as security vulnerabilities.
Details of the Threat
The video reportedly features images of Melania Trump traveling in a motorcade and visiting locations around New York City, including luxury designer stores she is said to frequent. It allegedly suggests that her shopping trips could provide opportunities for attacks. The footage even references the use of a nerve agent to poison clothing she might buy. Toward the end, the video addresses Barron Trump with the apparent threat: 'This is just the beginning. Barron Trump, wait for us.'
Security Measures in Place
Melania and Barron Trump are both protected by round-the-clock US Secret Service security. President Donald Trump's homes, including the White House, Trump Tower in New York, Mar-a-Lago in Florida, and his Bedminster golf club, are heavily guarded. The video comes amid heightened tensions between the US and Iran following recent military action in the region. Last week, anti-American billboards reportedly appeared in Tehran calling for the deaths of President Trump and members of his family.
