In the ongoing hunt for Theo Silverton's murderer, DS Lisa Connor-Swain has made another dramatic arrest on Coronation Street. This time, the suspect is not even a primary suspect in the killing. Despite the general lack of sympathy for the abusive Theo, Lisa is determined to solve the case—both as a police officer and because the discovery of a dead body on her wedding day ruined the celebration.

Working alongside colleague Kit Green, Lisa has been sifting through six main suspects. Topping the list is Todd Grimshaw, Theo's long-suffering husband who endured relentless abuse.
