Three London Bars Join the World's Best in Prestigious Pinnacle Guide 2026
Three London Bars Join Pinnacle Guide 2026

Three London bars have been added to the prestigious Pinnacle Guide, a global ranking of the world's best drinking establishments. The guide, which launched in 2024, has quickly become a benchmark for excellence in mixology, awarding 'Pins' instead of stars. With these new additions, London now boasts 33 of the 192 featured bars worldwide.

New Three-Pin Recipients

Previously, only London's Lyaness held the top three-Pin rating. Now, three new bars have joined that elite tier, though none are in London. The capital's newest additions include one two-Pin bar and two one-Pin bars.

The Emory Rooftop Bar (Two Pins)

Perched atop The Emory hotel in Knightsbridge, this sky-high venue offers a cocktail menu co-created with Buenos Aires mixologist Tato Giovannoni. The hotel, owned by the same group behind Claridge's, features 60 rooms.

American Bar at The Savoy (One Pin)

Described as the 'longest-surviving cocktail bar in London,' this iconic spot earned a five-star review from Time Out's Leonie Cooper. She called it 'a veritable Joan Collins of sophisticated bars' that 'feels like stepping into the pages of the Great Gatsby.'

St James Bar (One Pin)

Located in the Grade II-listed St James Sofitel off Pall Mall, this speakeasy-style bar blends French and British flavors, spirits, and traditions, creating a 'Franglaise identity' that defines its drinks program.
