Ross Wilkes pursues Tracy Barlow
Ross Wilkes, a convicted sex offender who has been blackmailing Cassie Plummer (Claire Sweeney), turns his attention to Tracy. Cassie warns Ross to stay away from Tracy, but Ross is not happy with her interference. The pair clash, and Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) tells one of them to leave. Cassie is stunned when Tyrone asks her to go, leaving Ross to bond with his son.
Betsy Swain hospitalized after collapse
Betsy Swain is found unconscious in the kitchen by Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott), who calls for help. Carla Connor-Swain (Alison King) arrives at the hospital in a panic, struggling to believe that her step-daughter is in serious condition. Lisa Connor-Swain (Vicky Myers) is determined to hold someone accountable and reports Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) to the police for causing Betsy’s health crisis.
Sarah Platt confesses to murder
Sarah Platt has been struggling with guilt since killing Theo Silverton. When Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) sets up a romantic dinner and proposes, Sarah panics and blurts out that she is the murderer. The revelation puts their relationship in jeopardy as Kit must decide between his feelings and his duty as a police officer.
