Following the success of I'm A Celebrity South Africa, speculation is mounting over the line-up for the traditional series later this year. Among the rumoured names is Olympic legend Asyia Iftikhar, alongside Mis-Teeq star Su-Elise Nash, Strictly Come Dancing pro Nadiya Bychkova, and skating icon Christopher Dean.
The Ant and Dec-hosted reality series challenges celebrities to survive in the Australian wilderness, tackling gruesome trials and living on basic rations. Last year's campmates included Martin Kemp, Vogue Williams, Aitch, and Jack Osbourne. Producers are expected to create onscreen magic again after the explosive All Stars edition featuring Gemma Collins' brief stint and numerous feuds.
Su-Elise Nash: Mis-Teeq star's second chance at the jungle
Su-Elise Nash, 45, rose to fame with Mis-Teeq, whose single Scandalous reached number two in 2003. The group disbanded in 2005 but reunites this autumn for a Wembley show celebrating their debut album's 25th anniversary. A source told The Sun: 'Su was incredibly supportive of Sabrina's jungle experience, and now she could get her own shot. There have been early talks for her to be considered.' Nash nearly appeared in 2008, making this her second opportunity.
Nadiya Bychkova: From Strictly to the jungle
Ukrainian dancer Nadiya Bychkova, 36, shocked fans by leaving Strictly after nine years amid a major cast shakeup. An insider told The Sun: 'Nadiya has always been on the radar but has been unable to take part because of her commitment to Strictly. Now she's a free agent, the offers have been coming in thick and fast.' She teased on social media that her journey with Strictly 'isn't over'.
Christopher Dean: Olympic skater seeks new challenge
Christopher Dean, half of Olympic skating duo Torvill and Dean, won gold at the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics. After Dancing on Ice was cancelled in 2025, he is reportedly in talks with ITV producers. A source told The Sun: 'He's always been adamant the jungle isn't for him. When bosses came knocking this year, he saw it in a different light. He's recently retired and is looking for a new challenge.'
When is I'm A Celebrity 2026 expected to air?
No official release date has been announced, but the series is expected to return in November 2026. Last year's winner was livestreamer AngryGinge, who said: 'I feel amazing. Honestly, dream come true. I did not think I'd go all this way, never mind win.' Tom Wilson and Shona McGarty came second and third, respectively.
