A new Peaky Blinders attraction, Peaky Blinders: Underworld, is set to open in London next month, featuring a free-to-enter recreation of the Garrison Tavern from the hit TV show. The venue, located in railway arches under London Bridge, will offer both a public pub and a ticketed immersive experience.
Garrison Tavern: Free Entry for All
The focal point of the attraction is the Garrison Tavern, described as a 'faithfully recreated post-WW1 pub' that serves as a hangout for the Shelby family in the series. This area is non-ticketed and open to all visitors, allowing them to enjoy a pint and live music without paying an entry fee. While prices are expected to reflect 2026 London rates, the pub offers an accessible way to soak up the atmosphere of the 1910s Birmingham criminal underworld.
Immersive Experience for Ticket Holders
Behind the pub, paying ticket holders can explore the 'Underworld'—a space featuring interactive gameplay and actor-led encounters. Visitors will roam recreations of Garrison Lane, the Bookies, Chinatown, and the Small Heath Fairground. Though the creators avoid the term 'immersive theatre,' the experience closely resembles that format, offering a deeper dive into the show's world.
Production and Creative Team
The attraction is produced by live events company KMJ Entertainment in partnership with Banijay Rights. While separate from the TV series, it has the full endorsement of creator Steven Knight. According to Knight, 'Peaky Blinders Underworld is not just a recreation of the Shelby family’s world, but a much wider destination. This venue gives fans the opportunity to socially engage with their beloved series through a completely new prism, while those less familiar with the show will find plenty to love about it too.'
