Customers who purchased this fan are advised to stop using it immediately and return it to their nearest B&Q store for a full refund. The OPSS stated: 'The product presents a risk of electric shock and fire as there is a fault within the oscillation mechanism that can damage internal wiring. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.'
