JPMorgan is set to promote one of its top dealmakers in Europe to co-lead its investment banking unit as part of a broader reshuffle of senior leaders. According to the Financial Times, Dorothee Blessing, currently the head of investment banking coverage, will be named global co-head of investment banking. She will share the role with Kevin Foley, the New York-based global head of capital markets, and Jared Kaye, the global co-head of the financial institutions group.
