Located at 233/249 High Street, an eight-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line station, Mega City opens its doors on June 30. The venue will operate late into the night: from 10am to 2:30am on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10am to 1:30am the rest of the week. Prices include £5 per game of bowling, £7.50 per hour for karaoke, laser tag starting at £9.50, and 55 minutes of darts for £40.

The opening comes as a boost to Slough, which has faced negative perceptions. In December 2024, Rightmove named it the UK's most miserable place to live.
