There are delays across multiple London Underground lines this morning (Friday, May 8), affecting many commuters ahead of the Friday rush hour.
District Line
The District line is facing severe delays between Tower Hill and Earl's Court, and minor delays between Turnham Green and Richmond. The delays are due to the late finishing of engineering work.
Bakerloo Line
Train cancellations have led to minor delays on the entire Bakerloo line.
Northern Line
The Northern line also experiences minor delays on the entire line and is part suspended between Stockwell and Morden due to a passenger incident at Tooting Bec.
The British Transport Police (BTP) has been contacted for comment. Commuters are advised to check before traveling and allow extra time for their journeys.
