Strictly Come Dancing fever has officially begun for 2026, with the first of many cast reveals already announced. This year's competitors will aim to replicate the success of Lioness Karen Carney and professional partner Carlos Gu, last year's winners. The newcomers join at a pivotal time, with major changes on the BBC's flagship dancing show, including the departure of hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, replaced by Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe, and Johannes Radebe. The pro dancer line-up also sees changes, with Nadiya Bychkova, Luba Mushtuk, Karen Hauer, Michelle Tsiakkas, and Gorka Márquez departing, while Neil Jones and Nancy Xu are benched without partners.
