CABÜ, the luxury cabin resort brand, is set to open a £24 million retreat in the Cotswolds in 2027, promising to bring its signature blend of modern luxury and sustainable design to the heart of the English countryside. The new location, situated in the hamlet of Langley, Oxfordshire, will feature 50 self-catered timber cabins, an indoor swimming pool, spa facilities, and a range of social spaces, according to the company.
From Engineering Complex to Eco-Luxury Retreat
The site, a former engineering complex and radio transmission station, has been undergoing refurbishment since March 2026. CABÜ has emphasized that 'wherever possible', existing buildings have been carefully renovated and repurposed, aligning with the brand's commitment to sustainability. The resort will offer one to three-bedroom cabins, each fully furnished with a kitchen, books, treats, and games, mirroring the amenities found at CABÜ's other locations in Kent and Ireland.
Amenities to Rival Soho Farmhouse
Guests at the Cotswolds resort can expect a country shop, restaurant, two bars, an events space, and luxurious social areas. The indoor swimming pool, surrounded by large windows and loungers, along with hot tubs and saunas, are designed to provide a relaxing experience. The resort aims to attract visitors seeking a high-end staycation, with the Cotswolds already drawing over 300,000 tourists annually to popular spots like Castle Combe, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Bibury.
Pricing and Booking Details
While official prices for the Cotswolds location have not been disclosed, CABÜ's other resorts offer a glimpse of the expected costs. At the Kent location, a two-night stay in October starts at £575, with a private hot tub upgrade available for £595. The most premium option, a two-bedroom beach house with a covered terrace and hot tub, costs £895 for two nights. CABÜ requires a two-night minimum stay, ensuring even the shortest visit comes with a significant price tag.
