British Transport Police have launched a manhunt after a 17-year-old girl was raped at Guildford railway station in Surrey. The attack occurred on Monday, January 19, 2025, at around 7pm, when a stranger approached the victim and her friends as they walked to the station.
Attack details
The man initially tried to make the teenager board a train with him. When she refused, he asked her to have sex with him, which she also declined. After the group left the station, the man separated the girl from her friends and raped her. She managed to escape and ran back to her friends waiting outside the station entrance.
