A Chinese national described by police as one of the most prolific sex offenders ever encountered has been handed a life sentence for a campaign of serious sexual attacks across London.
A dangerous predator brought to justice
Chao Xu, aged 33, faced conviction for multiple offences including rape, sexual assault, and the invasive practice of upskirting. The Metropolitan Police led the investigation that ultimately brought the dangerous offender before the courts.
