Victoria Beckham proved she remains Posh Spice to her core as she maintained her balance on rocky terrain while wearing high heels. The Spice Girls icon donned her signature combination of a little black dress and heels during her daring journey to Formentera's Es Moli de Sal restaurant.
Navigating Treacherous Terrain
She risked losing her kitten heel mules to the sea as she stepped off the family's £16 million yacht onto the dock, wearing precarious open-back flip-flop style shoes. Husband Sir David Beckham was on hand to assist, helping her make the jump to solid ground. The couple then walked hand in hand across the uneven rocks, with the former football professional, 51, choosing to go barefoot — perhaps an even riskier option than the heels.
Helpfully, son Romeo, 23, decided to film his mother's wobbly journey, grinning behind her while wearing flat flip-flops.
Family Holiday in Ibiza
The Beckhams arrived in Ibiza earlier this week for the school holidays, joined by Romeo, his girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 25, and Harper, 14. Harper appeared to have borrowed from her mother's chic wardrobe, wearing a pale pink dress that matched her nails and 90s-inspired sunglasses.
According to a source, Harper greatly admires her superstar mother but aims to follow her into business rather than music. 'Harper has watched her mum's success from afar for years — she couldn't have a better role model in business,' the source said. 'Victoria will give her all the tips and tricks she needs for success, and obviously, anything with "Beckham" on the label is a guaranteed win with the public.'
Just days before this outing, the family enjoyed a sunny day, jumping off the back of the yacht into the clear sea. Victoria sunbathed in a stunning black lace dress with an oversized hat, while Sir David went shirtless in black swim trunks. Matching her boyfriend's billionaire parents, Kim also sported a black bikini; meanwhile, bleached-blond Romeo opted for a splash of red.
Absent Family Members
Cruz, 21, has not been spotted as he is off promoting his new music with his band The Breakers. And of course, Brooklyn, 27, is nowhere to be seen. The rift between the family and the eldest Beckham child continues to rage, with Brooklyn living apart from his parents in the United States with his wife Nicola Peltz, daughter of businessman Nelson Peltz.
In January, Brooklyn revealed in a dramatic statement that there had been an almighty rift in the family that had been brewing for years. Sir David and Victoria have largely avoided speaking publicly about the ongoing dispute, and when she finally addressed it, the 'devastated' mother refused to say his name.
Financial Success
They have thrown themselves into work instead, with The Sunday Times rich list estimating the former England captain and his pop legend wife are now worth a whopping £1.185 billion. This technically makes the Beckhams richer than King Charles III, who has an estimated personal wealth of £680 million. The boost is largely thanks to Sir David's 26% stake in Inter Miami FC, as well as owning a large property portfolio around the US club's stadium.
Over the past year, Victoria's fashion brand and beauty endeavors have also risen in value, adding to the family's sizeable pot. Her brand was founded in 2008 and reportedly had debts of over £50 million in 2022, but revenue has picked up after moving into stores. She has also upped her game by launching some cult beauty products, often going viral with her releases in a saturated but lucrative market. Victoria's eyeliner had a viral moment, as well as her new liquid bronzers and foundation drops — priced at an eye-watering £104 per 30ml bottle.
Speaking to the Financial Times in 2024, Victoria was asked if she would ever sell the business, to which she replied, 'never say never'. 'I would never say never and I like to look at opportunities,' she said. 'But at the moment I am looking at growth but I would never say never.' However, with her name directly attached to the brand, selling could mean giving up more than control of the designs. For now, it looks like the booming business — alongside Netflix deals and more — has left the family better off than ever.
Certainly enough for a £16 million yacht holiday and the aftermath of any high-heel-related injuries.
