A security guard who was struck by a vehicle outside a London nightclub in Soho has sustained life-changing injuries and remains in significant pain. Anoosh Chaichy, 56, from Edgware, was attempting to move his e-scooter near influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska, known online as Klaudiaglam, when both were hit by a black car on Sunday. Zakrzewska is still in hospital in critical condition.
Incident Details
Chaichy was reportedly unlocking his e-scooter outside the Inca nightclub when he became caught up in the crash. Witnesses saw him slumped against a wall with a pool of blood at his feet. Zakrzewska was found motionless, pinned under the vehicle. The incident followed an argument between Zakrzewska and Gabrielle Carrington, an X Factor finalist and influencer known as RIELLEUK.
Charges Filed
Carrington has been charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drink driving. During her court appearance, she made a heart sign toward the court sketch artist. Police continue to investigate the incident.
Police Appeal
Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell of Specialist Crime South urged witnesses to come forward: 'As our enquiries continue, our thoughts are with those injured and their loved ones. While this incident took place in the early hours of the morning, venues in the area were still open, and we believe a number of people will have seen what happened. I would urge anyone who witnessed the collision, or any activity prior to it that they feel may be of relevance, to come forward. The information you have – however minor you believe it may be – could be of crucial importance to investigators.'
Authorities are appealing for anyone with information to contact them. The investigation is ongoing.
