Police have issued an urgent re-appeal for help in tracing a 54-year-old man from Eltham who has been missing for seven days. The Metropolitan Police say they are "very concerned" for the welfare of Abdi, who was last seen on September 19.

An initial appeal was made to the public on Thursday, September 24. Today, September 26, police have issued a fresh and urgent appeal, stating that Abdi remains missing and that their concerns for his welfare have not diminished.
Abdi is described as having links to the Lee, Southwark and Kingston areas of London, which may be relevant to his whereabouts.
Description and Last Known Movements
In their appeal, the force provided a description of the clothing Abdi was last seen wearing. He left wearing a green coat, blue trousers and a white t-shirt. A recent photograph of Abdi has been released by the police to aid in the search.
The Metropolitan Police have not disclosed any further details about his disappearance or any potential circumstances surrounding it.
