Recall Details

The company, which specializes in plant-based alternatives, promotes the bar as containing 'no dairy, no gluten and no palm oil.' However, the presence of milk poses a health risk to individuals with dairy allergies or intolerances.

The affected bars carry the batch code BM26105 and a best before date of June 15, 2027. Customers are advised to return the product to the store of purchase for a full refund.

Official Warning

The Food Standards Agency issued a statement: 'If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, do not eat it. Instead return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund. This product contains milk (casein), making it a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.'
