Ant McPartlin, the 50-year-old I'm A Celebrity host, has shared a mortifying holiday experience on his podcast Belta Box, where he was caught naked by a masseuse. During the episode, he recounted the incident to his co-host Dec Donnelly, explaining that he and his wife Anne-Marie had been recommended a Thai massage parlour near their holiday accommodation.
How the embarrassing moment unfolded
According to Ant, a friend warned them that the masseuses at the parlour 'come in really quickly.' Ant described the scene: 'So I go in, and I'm getting changed. The middle door slides open. My wife's in this one, I'm in this one.' He explained that his wife quickly undressed and put on paper knickers, while he struggled to get out of his holiday clothes. Frustrated, he pulled his shirt over his head, then removed his trousers and underpants.
'I'm leaning over the bed to get the paper knickers and inadvertently flick the paper knickers off the bed to the other side of the bed. I'm naked, and everything's hanging out,' Ant said. His wife urged him to hurry, but as he attempted to put on the paper knickers, they fell to the ground. 'I'm standing like this to put my leg in, my leg's up. As I'm doing that, the door opens and [the masseuse] comes in. She can see everything, and we just stare at each other for a bit too long. I went "not yet!"'
Aftermath of the encounter
Ant admitted that despite the awkwardness, he returned to the same massage parlour, though he and the masseuse 'couldn't look each other in the eye.'
