Dean was crowned best female act, while her chart-topping album The Art Of Loving earned album of the year, and its hit single Man I Need won song of the year. This impressive haul adds to her recent accolades, including a Grammy win in January and a dominant performance at the Brit Awards last month. Her music, a vibrant blend of pop, funk, and soul, captivated audiences as she performed live alongside other notable acts such as FLO, Aitch, and Myles Smith.

The event, hosted by US rapper and singer Eve alongside comedian Eddie Kadi, featured special appearances from global icons. Pharrell Williams received the global songwriter award, and Slick Rick was honored with a lifetime achievement prize.
