Running through July until August 31, Michelin-starred chef Santiago Lastra of Kol has created a special three-course Mexican menu to complement Tate Modern's Frida Kahlo exhibition. Lastra, who hails from Frida's hometown of Coyoacán, offers a tomato ceviche tostada with blue salsa that turns pink with lemon, short rib tamale with mole (Frida's favorite), and ice-cream inspired by her final painting 'Viva La Vida'.
