Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien has reportedly ended her relationship with interior designer Adam Fadlé, just months after the breakdown of her marriage.
Whirlwind Romance Comes to an End
The 42-year-old actress, famous for playing Sarah Platt on the ITV soap, had been dating Fadlé over the summer. The couple made their first public appearance together at co-star Jack P Shepherd's wedding in July.
However, their whirlwind romance appears to have fizzled out as quickly as it began. Sources close to O'Brien told the Daily Mail that she decided to end the relationship after realising 'her heart wasn't fully in it'.
The insider revealed that Tina didn't want to commit to something she 'knew wouldn't last'. Her decision reportedly blindsided 38-year-old Fadlé, who had believed their relationship showed real promise.
Social Media Cleanse Signals the End
O'Brien was said to be firm in her choice and promptly removed every trace of their relationship from her Instagram account. This digital clear-out included photos from their September getaway to Greece, making it obvious to fans that the romance was over.
The split caps off a turbulent year for the actress, whose seven-year marriage to Adam Crofts ended last Christmas. The separation became public knowledge earlier this year.
Friends described Fadlé as 'exactly what she needed' after her marriage ended, noting their instant chemistry when they met through mutual friends in Cheshire. Insiders had previously described the couple as 'acting like teenagers' around each other.
Life Away from the Cobbles
Despite the personal turmoil, O'Brien's professional life continues on Coronation Street, where her character Sarah Platt remains at the centre of dramatic storylines involving blackmail, family feuds, and relationship drama.
Away from Weatherfield, Tina co-parents her 10-year-old son Beau with ex-husband Adam Crofts. She is also mother to 17-year-old daughter Scarlett, her child with former Coronation Street co-star Ryan Thomas.
Meanwhile, Adam Fadlé has built an impressive career in interior design, working with high-profile clients including footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. He revealed in a 2022 interview that he regularly works with billionaires and major figures across various industries.
Metro contacted a representative for Tina O'Brien for comment but has not yet received a response.
