Winter Wonderland will transform London's Hyde Park for six weeks from November 19 to January 3, with more than 150 rides and attractions, making it the UK's largest winter event. Organisers have confirmed new experiences for 2026, including a Peter Pan-themed ice kingdom and a K-Pop circus, while all Monday-to-Thursday entry tickets in November will be priced at just £1 as off-peak fares.
Opening times and key dates
The annual celebration, which attracts over two million visitors each year, will open at 10am on most days and stay open until 10pm. However, several mornings will have later opening times. On November 19-20, November 23-26, November 30, and December 2, the gates open at 12pm. On November 27, December 3-4, December 7-11, December 14-18, and December 28 to January 1, opening is at 11am. December 1 will see a 2pm start.
January 3, the final day, will be the Family Fun Day, with further details to be announced. Visitors can enjoy 12 hours of festive fun on most event days.
New attractions for 2026
The Magical Ice Kingdom will adopt a 'Neverland' theme, transporting guests into the world of J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan. Attendees will step through the Jolly Roger and encounter ice sculptures carved from over 500 tonnes of ice and snow.
Gandeys K-Pop Dragon Circus makes its debut, blending K-Pop energy with circus skills in a 55-minute family-friendly show. Performances start at 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm, with additional midday and 8pm slots on selected days. Tickets start at £10.45.
A candlelight Christmas concert in the Big Top will run on select December evenings, featuring West End performers Katie Hall, Dean John-Wilson, Tosh Wanogho-Maud, and Rachel John. The setlist includes festive hits like White Christmas, Let it Snow, and Santa Baby, accompanied by a live band. Tickets start at £30.
Rides, markets, and food
Returning favourites include 15 rides such as rollercoasters and a starflyer, the Christmas Market, Elves' Workshop, Giant Wheel, ice rink, ice slide, ice sculpting workshops, Santa's Grotto with a gift, and the Winter Wonderland Parade on select days.
Food and drink options include the Après-Ski Party Resort, Bar Ice, Bavarian Village, Candy Cane Lane, Circus Bar, Explorer's Rest, fire pit, Jungle Bell Bistro, Street Food Village, and Thor's Tipi Bar.
Ticket pricing and packages
Entry tickets for 2026 are priced at £1 for off-peak, £5.50 standard, and £8.25 peak. All Monday-to-Thursday tickets in November will be off-peak, offering three times more off-peak tickets than last year.
Online-exclusive packages combine popular rides, attractions, and games credit, offering savings and free entry. New for 2026 are the Coaster Pass at £43.10, granting access to every headline rollercoaster; the Santa Land Unlimited Pass from £36.50, for unlimited rides on 16+ Santa Land attractions; and the Explorer Pass at £27.45, designed for those who want it all.
