Nestlé Discontinues Curiously Cinnamon Churros Cereal, Fans Devastated
Nestlé Axes Curiously Cinnamon Churros Cereal

Nestlé has officially discontinued its Curiously Cinnamon Churros cereal, a product that had been on shelves for five years and was beloved by many as “the best cereal ever made.” The breakfast item, inspired by the iconic Spanish churro, was known for its super crunchy texture, unique shape, and delicious cinnamon taste.

A Sad Goodbye to a Fan Favorite

The cereal, priced between £2.50 and £3.75 for a 360g box, was launched in May 2021 as part of the Curiously Cinnamon range. However, by May 2026, shoppers noticed it disappearing from stores. One concerned fan, Terry Willett, took to X (formerly Twitter) to ask Nestlé about the product’s availability. A spokesperson confirmed the bad news: “Curiously Cinnamon Churros has been discontinued. There might still be some stock around while stores clear what they have, but we can’t confirm which ones still carry it.”

Where to Find Remaining Stock

For those desperate to stock up on final boxes, some shoppers have reported success at Iceland stores. Alternatively, the cereal can still be purchased online via Amazon, though supplies are limited.

Overwhelming Praise from Fans

The discontinuation has devastated many fans who had praised the cereal for years. On Amazon, user Dorris_the_donkey called it “the best cereal ever made, crunchy, sweet cinnamon tastiness suitable for breakfast, dinner, teatime, or supper. I could definitely live on these alone.” Another reviewer, Eason, described it as a breakfast “game-changer,” while Saffi H admitted to eating them dry as a snack and even in the evening. Ennovoy50 confessed, “I’ve never tasted anything like them. Between us, we have eaten a box in one day.”

On TikTok, user @erincoghlan gave the cereal a 12/10 rating and joked that as long as she had a bowl of Curiously Cinnamon Churros, she didn’t care about not knowing what she was doing in life.

What’s Next for Breakfast Lovers?

While fans mourn the loss of this beloved cereal, Tesco has launched a new breakfast meal deal featuring filled ham-and-cheese croissants and breakfast rolls. In other food news, Jaffa Cakes and Digestives have teamed up to create a new hybrid biscuit, and an Australian favorite has finally arrived in the UK.
