Taylor Ryan, the ex-girlfriend of Gladiators star Jamie Bigg, known as Giant, has accused him of ending their relationship because of her OnlyFans job. In a new Instagram video, the 28-year-old shared her side of the breakup, claiming that despite initially supporting her, he later left her over her content creation work.
Taylor Ryan's Instagram Video
The video, set to Kurt Carr's In The Sanctuary, features captions where Taylor explains she re-entered the dating scene after divorcing at 28, then met Jamie. She describes an idyllic period before acknowledging that he 'got fired from his job' five months into their relationship, referring to his axing from the BBC reboot Gladiators in April. At the time, Jamie publicly defended her, but Taylor wrote: 'He broke up with me because of my job anyway.'
The caption read: 'Trauma dump anyone? If you don't bloody laugh about it, you'll cry. Luckily, I do both.' She previously called the situation 'pretty painful' and said she was 'blindsided'.
Jamie Bigg's Previous Statements
Jamie, 40, was removed from Gladiators in April amid reports linking it to Taylor's OnlyFans work. He told Metro: 'Obviously, Taylor is entitled to her private life. We're doing nothing wrong.' He added that OnlyFans was 'a very small part of who she is,' highlighting her charity work, dog fostering, and comedy. However, after their split, Jamie posted on social media about 'working on myself' and said, 'I want to move forwards and I want people to know me for me.'
Replacement and Future Plans
Jamie's place on Gladiators has been filled by World's Strongest Man winner Tom Stoltman, whom Jamie publicly wished well. Jamie has teased upcoming TV projects 'in the pipeline' but has not responded publicly to Taylor's latest claims. Metro has reached out to his representative for comment.
