British Transport Police (BTP) have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to following an incident of indecent exposure on a train in South London. The offence occurred on a service travelling from London Bridge to East Croydon shortly after 6am on Tuesday, April 28.
Incident Details
The suspect followed the female victim down the carriage before sitting next to her, despite numerous other empty seats being available. He then exposed himself and began touching himself inappropriately. No arrests have been made in the week since the incident.
CCTV Appeal
Detectives believe the man in the image may have information crucial to their investigation. The individual is described as a Black man of average height and build. He was wearing a black hoodie, black or grey trousers, black trainers, a black baseball cap, and carrying a backpack with dark-coloured straps.
