Henry stunned as Lalas calls Corden 'full-kit w****r' on live TV

Thierry Henry was left stunned after his fellow World Cup pundit Alexi Lalas called James Corden a 'full-kit w****r' during Fox Sports' live broadcast. Lalas, who played 96 times for the United States, is one of Fox Sports' main pundits for the tournament, featuring alongside Arsenal legend Henry and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Ahead of Friday's first World Cup match between Canada and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the show's host, Rebecca Lowe, began a promotion for Corden's late-night show 'After Hours', which is running during the World Cup. 'Can we talk about James Corden for a second?' Lowe asked Lalas, Henry and Ibrahimovic.

Lalas immediately replied: 'Oh, what do you guys call them? A full-kit w****r, right? He's wearing that thing, he's all dressed up ready to go.'

Ibrahimovic smiled but Henry's reaction was priceless as Arsenal's all-time record goalscorer stared straight towards the camera with a stunned expression. Lowe was also taken aback by Lalas' comment as she said: 'Okay… lucky we're on American television, because the W word on British TV…'

Lalas' comment is in reference to a derogatory British term for someone who wears a full football kit, despite not playing in a game.
