Jeremy Clarkson Celebrates Hawkstone Farmers Choir Making BGT Final
Hawkstone Farmers Choir Reaches Britain's Got Talent Final

Jeremy Clarkson was overjoyed as the Hawkstone Farmers Choir secured a place in the Britain's Got Talent 2026 final during Saturday night's live semi-final. The choir, originally formed by Clarkson for an advertisement for his Hawkstone beer range, has used its platform to raise awareness about mental health issues in the farming community.

From Advertisement to Stardom

In March, the choir made its debut on the ITV talent show. Speaking during their first audition, choir member Katrina explained: 'Jeremy Clarkson did a thing, and that thing is the Hawkstone Farmers Choir. Jeremy brought us together to sing, and it's just really been amazing for us all.' The group advanced to the live semi-finals, where they performed Bastille's hit song Pompeii. Their emotional rendition earned a standing ovation from judges Amanda Holden and KSI, with the audience cheering loudly.

Judges Praise the Choir

Amanda Holden commented: 'Oh my goodness, beautiful song choice, and I think we've touched on this before – farming touches every single person in this country. Everything that you do, mostly on your own, in tractors, ploughing fields, you're up early, you barely have people to talk to, and this choir I know has given you solace and joy and comfort and friendship and all of that has created the most amazing music, so well done.'

KSI added: 'This performance was one of the best choir acts I've ever heard in my life. Amazing.' As several choir members were moved to tears, Alesha Dixon said: 'There's just such genuine love and passion pouring out of every single one of you. We can see how moved all of you are and that's really infectious. I thought the song choice was fantastic. There's something so wholesome about what you're doing, I loved every single moment of that. Congratulations.'

Simon Cowell, who missed their first audition, remarked: 'Well, I wasn't there the first time. You are one of the favourites to win, you know that? I love what you stand for.' He added with a smirk: 'It might be quite annoying to see Jeremy Clarkson's smug face, that's the only downside. He's a friend of mine, ish. However, more importantly, this is about you and you did brilliantly well, congratulations.'

Public Vote Victory

Later, it was confirmed that the Hawkstone Farmers Choir won the public vote, advancing to the live final alongside drone show art group Celestial, who received a golden buzzer from the judges. Following the result, Jeremy Clarkson shared a celebratory video on Instagram with his Clarkson's Farm co-star Kaleb Cooper. 'Hawkstones Choir! We did it!' he yelled. The choir's Instagram page responded: 'We just can't believe it. Thank you all so much. Thank you for believing in us.'

A video also circulated from The Great British Farm-Fest, where the semi-final was shown live on a big screen while Kaleb and Jeremy were on stage, sparking further celebration among fans.
