Gorillaz are performing for one night at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – here's all the London transport travel advice you need, including Tube routes, rail strikes and bus information.
Gorillaz at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
The time has come for Gorillaz' mammoth one-night London headline gig for The Mountain Tour. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will host a one-night headline from the stars behind iconic pop-rock anthems. On Saturday, June 20, Gorillaz will bring their ninth studio album to North London for one night only, featuring guests from 92-year-old Bollywood legend Asha Bhosle to Argentine rapper Trueno, as well as posthumous contributions from artists like Dennis Hopper, Bobby Womack, and Mark E Smith. Tickets for The Mountain Tour are available on Ticketmaster for £98.95 for restricted view seating to £168 for better seats.
Who Are Gorillaz?
Gorillaz were a novel form of band when first formed in 1998 by Blur frontman Damon Albarn and comic creator Jamie Hewlett. The band is made up of four fictional members: 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs. Parklife and Song 2 singer Albarn is the creative force behind Gorillaz but he is a dedicated collaborator. The band was formed in 1998 and they played their first gig that November at the Camden Brownhouse, leading to their record deal with EMI. The first album kick-started their alternative, faceless approach to music creation, featuring creators from Talking Heads and Buena Vista Social Club behind the scenes.

- London Underground Victoria line to Seven Sisters: Services run from Finsbury Park, Highbury and Islington, King's Cross St Pancras, Euston, Victoria and Vauxhall. Seven Sisters is approximately 15-30 minutes' walk from the stadium, with Tube services operating every two to six minutes until 12.30am, then every 10 minutes on Friday and Saturday evenings via the Night Tube.
- London Overground to White Hart Lane: Accessible from Liverpool Street, Hackney Downs and Cheshunt. The station lies just 500 metres from the stadium. Should overcrowding occur, passengers may need to walk from Seven Sisters instead.
On Saturday, June 20, final trains from the Tottenham vicinity will leave from White Hart Lane station (London Overground) or via Night Tube from Seven Sisters station (Victoria line).
TfL bus routes 149, 259, 279, 349 and W3 stop immediately outside the stadium, providing connections to Finsbury Park, Waltham Cross, Liverpool Street, Dalston Junction, Bank and London Bridge.
Pre-booking coach services to and from the concert is available for those travelling from Birmingham, Bournemouth, Chelmsford, Colchester, Coventry, Ipswich, Milton Keynes, Norwich or Southampton.
