A cyclist is battling for their life in hospital following a serious collision in Croydon that has prompted an urgent police appeal for witnesses.
The incident occurred on Brighton Road near the junction with Selhurst Road at approximately 19:45 GMT on Tuesday evening. Emergency services rushed to the scene following reports of a collision involving a bicycle and a motor vehicle.
